Organizations using TOVConnect agree to:

• Treat volunteers with respect and fairness

• Not discriminate against volunteers based on protected characteristics

6. Volunteers

Volunteers using TOVConnect agree to:

• Provide accurate information in applications
• Honor commitments made to organizations
• Communicate promptly if unable to fulfill obligations
• Follow the policies and procedures of host organizations

7. Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on TOVConnect. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

TOVConnect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TOV Collective and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TOVConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOV Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use TOVConnect.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOV Collective and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Third-Party Relationships

TOVConnect facilitates connections between volunteers and organizations but is not a party to any agreements made between them. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any organization or volunteer.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of TOVConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
